This past summer, Erin Patterson hosted a number of people for lunch at her home in Victoria, Australia. In a matter of hours, four individuals who attended this lunch became violently ill, including her in-laws, Don and Gail Patterson.
Sadly, three people have died since this infamous luncheon and what's most shocking; all three of them are believed to have died from eating the poisonous death cap mushroom.
Was this an accident, or did Erin intentionally serve her guests the deadly fungi?
